Diet and Exercise : Start From BeginningMany common health problems can be prevented or alleviated with a colorful healthy diet.  Although many turn to costly fad diets and exercise programs that fail to provide lasting results with a healthy change.  Proper diet and exercise are the mainstays for a healthy active lifestyle.  People we all need to understand there are no short cuts.  In the same way that financial advisers tell us to save for our retirement when we are young, so should we invest in good nutrition and exercise.  And while 69% of Americans do save money for their future, only 30% exercise regularly.  Let’s go be active make change.  The basics, gradual weight loss and good health include developing healthy eating habits and increasing daily physical activity.

A GOOD to KNOW:

A recent report from the National Center for Health Statistics concludes that 35 percent of adults exercise regularly (more than 6 out of 10 do not), and nearly four in 10 are not physically active.  Lets do our part and make a change today.  Lack of exercise and poor diet can increase the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.  The CDC (Center for Disease Control), estimates that “about 112,000 deaths are associated with obesity each year in the United States.”  However, this estimate will change in the future for better or worse.  If we make life changing decisions now, ‘we the people’ can make a world of difference.
